STEM STARS @ NASA! 2016

GIRL STEM STARS was honored to be invited to NASA for their Intern Symposium.

The students had a Mind Blowing field trip to NASA Ames Research Center!

Ames is hosting more than 450 interns, fellows and faculty from the Bay Area and across the country working on projects ranging from studying the gasses in the atmosphere, melting water on Mars to unmanned aerial vehicle flight planning and small spacecraft design to computer simulation, drone flight and more. NASA internships strengthen NASA and the nation’s workforce and help attract and retain students in the science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) disciplines.

Huge THANK YOU, Mark Palermo, Nailah Lugent and Yahoo's Black Network for sponsoring this AMAZING educational experience for our students! God Bless You All! :)
